Chicken Pandan

The Challenge: Think of an impressive camping menu. The Result: Chicken Pandan for fun! Sometimes I can’t help but be competitive with other campers with what I am cooking. The smell of Pandan leaves did its job poking everyone’s attention and the savory/sweet flavor in the chicken kept them asking for more. The only learning from this is next time I need to make sure I have enough for sharing. 🙂
